I have primary employee relations and general HR advisory responsibility for the Diagnostics and Clinical Support Services, Cancer Services and Corporate Divisions. I support management on a wide array of challenging medical and non-medical employee relations issues at all levels of hierarchy.

I had responsibility for the management of all employee relations matters within the Women's and Children's Health and Perioperative and Critical Care programmes of the Planned Care directorate at Medway Foundation Trust. This incorporates Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Outpatients, Maternity, Day and Main Theatres as well as the three critical care wards.I have previously managed employee relations for the Unplanned and Integrated Care directorate, which incorporates the Emergency Department, Acute Admissions, Elderly Care, Cardio-Respiratory, Stroke, Neurology, Therapies, Pharmacy, Pathology and Haematology, Imaging, Dermatology, Rheumatology and Cancer Services.I have extensive experience in fully advising, managing and leading investigations, hearings and dismissals at all levels of hierarchy. This incorporates significant interaction, negotiation and influence with multiple recognised and unrecognised trade unions.I also assisted the HR Business Partners with major organisational change projects such as multiple TUPE transfers and internal restructures.

Gillingham

A senior employee relations advisory position working closely with the HR Business Partner for Acute and Continuing Care.With a workforce of over 4000 substantive employees, I advise on a very broad spectrum of issues and challenges as well as assisting with organisational change projects, coaching and other ad hoc HR work as it arises.

Tunbridge Wells

An advisory role working closely with the partners and senior management of the firm, I had primary HR responsibility and oversight for approximately half of the firm which included the practice's nationally recognised Real Estate team, as well as the IT, Finance and Document Production departments within Business Services. I regularly assisted and advised on a wide spectrum of employee relations issues, recruitment, systems and processes, policies and internal change projects.

Tunbridge Wells

An advisory role reporting to the Head of Finance and HR, I worked closely with a senior colleague in the HR team on a range of HR matters and internal projects. Highlights included designing, implementing and analysing the results of the firm's first employee engagement surveys in 2012 and 2013, implementing exit interviews and reporting on identified trends and intelligence to senior management and a successful tribunal defence. During this time I also undertook and completed the CIPD Level 7 Advance Diploma in HR Management.
