Performance Coaches partner with team leaders to ignite teammate potential in helping our customers. They empathize helping teammates grow and develop and deliver excellent customer service. I spend most of the time engaged in coaching activities; reviewing customer interactions and other data; creating SMART action plans with teammates; and coaching teammates in a way that leverages their strengths and seeks to improve their opportunities. I attend operations meetings daily to present on our teams performance across all CE metrics and efficiencies to senior management and directors.
