As a Graduate Policy and Strategy Officer at Wirral Council, I am incredibly passionate about working in Local Government and delivering positive outcomes to residents through successful project delivery, horizon scanning, data analysis and communication. I am eager to develop my political awareness as a Council Officer and provide support where necessary and encourage transparent decision making. Additionally, my role as a Graduate has been a fantastic opportunity to build a professional network and develop my skills by working with various teams in the Council as well as establishing relationships with external partners and organisations such as the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. I am also eager to develop myself by taking additional opportunities. Since working at Wirral I have completed a Policy Officer Apprenticeship, Carbon Literacy Training, and EmbRace Race Equality Training.
