As a Program Facilitator at the Alzheimer's Society of Calgary, I led day programs for individuals with dementia, providing engaging and supportive activities. My role involved planning and executing these programs, interacting closely with participants and their caregivers, and contributing to a positive, enriching environment. This experience enhanced my facilitation and communication skills, and deepened my commitment to supporting those affected by Alzheimer's disease.
