About Liam Cope

I have worked as an engineer within the food industry for over 10 years working in a variety of different roles. I first completed my level 3 advanced apprenticeship in engineering and then went on to complete my HNC in electrical engineering. I started off my journey as a apprenticeship and progressed to a multi skilled shift engineer. After a few years I was made a shift engineer. I now work in a continuous improvement role where I work alongside the production and engineering team to look at and implement ideas of how we can benefit the company. I enjoy finding long term solutions that benefit the company from a downtime, efficiency and engineering point of view. I have competed many projects that have saved thousands of £. I have experience in fault finding and programming PLC systems. I also have made some of my own databases that can help determine problem machinery from a downtime point of view.
