This role is to develop a range of new rums for both our local market and for Export markets to maintain our existing quality and to continually look to ways to improve our quality and our offering of rum, Whiskey, Vodka and Gins. The Rum Co of Fiji brands consist of 12 products made up of Lautoka 16YO Dark Rum, Ratu 5YO to 10 Range 4 products, Bati 2 YO Range 3 products and Bati 2YO liqueur Range 4 products plus several other experimental products yet to hit the shelf. We also produce Bounty Dark and White Rum. Since these rums have been introduced, we have already received over 130 awards, including Trophies, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Best in Class, Outstanding in Show, Best Rum in the World twice in the San Francisco Rum Awards, a Perfect score of 100/100 in Las Vegas for our Ratu Signature Rum Liqueur, exceptional awards in international shows in the UK and the USA. At the Hong Kong Rum Festival our Rum Co of Fiji Rums were voted in the top 3 most popular rums out of over 90 rums from around the world by the consumers attending the show. Most recently in San Fransico our Rum Co of Fiji Coffee Liqueur was awarded a Gold Medal for Best Coffee Liqueur and a second Double Gold Medal for Best Liqueur at the Show not bad from a little Island in the South Pacific. In addition, I am currently working on a 12 year old Golden Rum, a 20 Year Old Small Batch Dark Rum The Sleeping Giant, and a 7 YO Muscat Barrel aged Rum. We have barreled our first Fijian Whisky and have recently released 4 new Super Premium Vodkas three flavoured and one plain. Just recently the 4 Premium Vodka's all received Silver Medals and one Silver Outstanding Award in London on their first Show out. Our first Premium Vodka and a result that is outstanding.
