Rise High Performance provides students of Rowville Sports Academy with athletic development focused on movement mechanics and fundamental movement patterns. The internship provides exposure to - long term athlete development principles- exercise prescription and programming- interaction with elite athletes in individual and group setting- work alongside exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning coaches and Physiotherapists

Coaching primary school children sports skills aimed to develop fundamental motor skills. I am responsible for creating a structured session lasting an hour retaining children’s attention and encouraging participation and fun throughout the session. Sessions run after school and generally run for an hour in duration

Teaching and Coaching Interschool sport teams and maintaining positive student teacher relations.I still remained in connect with Aquinas, assisting with EIS Sport as a coach and umpire.
