I worked with and advised the Senior Management Team to devise recruitment strategies, ensuring we stood out and stayed ahead of competitors in an ever-competitive and fast paced market, with further achievements below:- Created a structured and detailed recruitment process to ensure consistency across all Hiring Managers within the Group, and delivered to the Senior Management Team of Directors across Group offices- Introduced DJHMC to VISA / Sponsorship and oversaw the Sponsorship application process. This resulted in us bringing on board new candidates in notoriously tough-to-fill roles- Retention rate of 93.2% on direct placements- Introduced SLA’s for speed of response and decisions on CVs, interview feedback and offers. This was something DJHMC had to adapt to with the fast-paced Practice market and greatly improved both relationships with recruiters and success rates in hiring- Took over the induction planning process from Directors and Hiring Managers to ensure new starters had all sessions booked in and everything was ready for them when they join DJHMC, giving them the best possible experience from the first day.
