At Chief Engineering we was involved with dismantling and disconnecting the mains supplies being (GAS,WATER,COMPRESSED AIR) and de-commissioning machinery ready for transit. As the new tortilla line arrived onsite we was there to unload machinery upto 8tonne and offload the wagons and bring the equipment into the bakery. As a team we brought the machinery inside and positioned them on the datum specified by the client and rebuilt the full production line from raw ingredients through to the finished product ready to get dispatched and delivered to the customers.
