We consistantly maintained a Top 20 retailer scorecard position for Skoda UK measuring retail ordertake against target, deliveries and customer satisfaction, placing 3rd of 134 retailers in 2012 and 4th overall in 2013.During my period with Benfield Skoda we grew the Sales Team from 3 sales executives to having a business manager, 5 sales executives and 2 trainee sales executives. We very much embraced growing our own internally with the majority of the sales team coming through our trainee program as well as our business manager having been promoted from the sales team. We were part of most of VW group's pilot programs in particular the Retail Sales Excellence program that we had great success with, as well as Skoda Talk and the Finance Renewal Program.
