Throughout the last four years I have been privileged enough to work around the world in continents such as Australasia, Europe, North America and Asia; covering many jobs including retail, job interviewing, labouring, outdoor instructing, gym supervising and fitness instructing. I am a fitness and nutrition writer and have written for a monthly magazine as well as founding my brand LMDFitness which provided free, evidence based fitness and nutrition information. I recently graduated from a health and fitness sciences degree based in the United Kingdom and am a level three Register of Exercise Professionals qualified personal trainer. I am very diverse and work extremely hard to excel in any given job.
