Finance lead for RAM brand in US Retail market

- Track and report income for North America Connected Services * Monthly Actuals; Quarterly Forecasts; Annual Budget- Work with Operations teams to maximize profitability and ensure group alignment with FCA's strategic goals- Support strategic shifts in Connected Services business model, ensuring global alignment of cost and revenue recognition- Support Operations team with business cases and financial analyses to evaluate various programs and projects- Track and report capital investments related to Connectivity, working with various financial entities to ensure alignment of program governance and spending, and proper expense recognition practices

Report directly to senior leadership on financial performance and outlook of North American markets- Lead the update of the 5-year business plan financial information o Coordinate, gather, filter, and interpret all financial information from reporting groups and use it to update the North America income statement through 2022 calendar year o Analyze changes to the Long-Range Plan, from a tactical and strategic standpoint, and develop comparisons to ensure decision-makers have all necessary information to understand the financial impact of various actions o Coordinate between the various industrial cost groups and commercial markets to validate a common understanding around plan assumptions and synergies between groups wherever necessary - Support various industrial cost groups (Manufacturing Finance, Depreciation & Amortization, and Regulatory Compliance) from a reporting standpoint for monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget o Gather, filter, and interpret all financial information to present to finance leadership- Constantly strive to improve, innovate, and develop new analyses, processes, and reporting materials to enable leadership to be able to make decisions more effectively o Improved accuracy and timeliness of excel-based reporting o Developed new report for Chief Financial Officer detailing status of regulatory credit intangible assets and forecasted financial impact from both a CapEx and P&L standpoint

Helped FCA to better understand the cost of doing business from the standpoint of Fuel Economy, Emissions, and Electrification standards in North America- Supported the global coordination process to help understand the cost of Regulatory Compliance o Supported Portfolio Planning by providing Powertrain absolute cost to various product plans to help FCA achieve global regulatory compliance o Analyzed the financial impact of compliant scenarios, from a tactical and strategic standpoint, and develop comparisons to ensure decision-makers have all necessary information to understand the “true cost” of various actions o Coordinated between the global regions to ensure a common cost basis for various powertrain systems utilized in the various regions’ compliant plans- Led the process for coordinating Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) impact across all individual vehicle platforms, allowing each vehicle team to understand the regulatory impact of planned and proposed actions for their respective vehicles.- Supported the booking of quarterly accounting entries and forecasts related to regulatory compliance, including forecasted regulatory fines and amortization of regulatory intantigable assets- Controlled and reported program spending for one transmission program from development through launch

Provided financial support and analysis for multiple areas of business (IT, Finance & Accounting, and Customer Service Operations), including comparison of supplier bids to base case, customizing financial models to encapsulate details of suppliers' pricing structures, and maintaining quantitative scoring methodology throughout process. Advised client throughout contract negotiation process. Following signing, supported client through transition process and assisted in contract governance, particularly with regards to transformation initiatives and service delivery management.
