Recently, I have had the privilege and responsibility of welcoming and ushering distinguished guests and speakers at the 2015 RMIT Global Futures Forum held at ANZ, Docklands. Communicating and ensuring that guests were well directed to the location of the forum was crucial for the event to run smoothly. I was able to achieve this along with the collaboration of my fellow BSA peers.
