In-House Graphic DesignerI strengthen and adhere to the identity of the companies various brands. I have successfully designed UI/UX designs for our brand's websites and internal platforms, in an agile workflow alongside developers and marketers that prioritise a great user experience that emphasises ease of use and optimising click-through rates. I collaborate closely with the marketing team to actively conceptualise and execute visually engaging marketing campaigns which span across emails, blogs, newsletters, social media, and videos. Additionally, I create design assets for the sales team and enhance graphic elements in bids and tender submissions.As a designer, I strengthen the workplace community and promote events to foster a positive workplace community. I fit in well with the company’s work culture. During my time at Global Voices, I have acquired and applied a lot of professional skills and soft skills in this role and continue to learn and develop.
