- Delivered high quality S&C sessions to clients.- Structured and efficient planning and prep of sessions.- Planning and developing of training programmes to adhere to clients needs from initial assessments.- Continued CPD development.

- Assisted in the planning / delivery of academy Sport science and medicine through the FDP, YDP and PDP phases.- Development of understanding regarding growth and maturation on performance and continued development of software such as Force Decks / Witty Gates / Polar and OHCoach.

- Undertook the role of Lead Academy Sport Scientist for 6 weeks when the previous Lead left and the role needed fulfilling until a replacement was found. (FDP/YDP phases – U9 - U16 squads).- Assisting in sport science / S&C provision across FDP/YDP/PDP phases (U9-U23 squads) whilst leading the U13 Squad.- Providing Sport science support to the academy including maturation and physical testing.- Assisting to supervise full time S&C/Sport Science.- Developing and delivering the club multi-sport and fundamental movement programme.

- Working with NCAA D1 athletes, to help deliver S&C sessions on and off field whilst performing other duties such as nutrition and physical therapy to make operations run smoother.- Extensive use of equipment such as Perch, Dashr and Teambuilder, alongside obtaining the essentials in programming, coaching, and the principles of coaching.

- Lead an Injury prevention and mobility S&C programme to facilitate performance both off and on field.- Delivered S&C services at the annual Yorkshire Aspire Camp (23/2/22) alongside conducting on-court warm-ups at the COLBA national showcase games.

- Lead S&C coach for the swimming performance programme alongside assisting with TASS/Scholar, GB Start Rowing, football, cricket, and triathlon programmes.- Leading pre/in season testing using devices such as optojump and gymawear to derive data to implement the direction of training for future blocks and to take pressure of the head coaching staff.

- Plan and deliver pitch-based RAMP warmups to a large group of players (20+).- Utilize GPS data (Catapult) to derive individuals programming needs alongside monitoring training loads to assess factors such as, injury risk, fatigue etc.
