This is a key role within the Performance and Business Intelligence Service where I am required to provide timely, accurate and high quality reports and information to support the internal performance management and quality assurance of the services provided by the organisation. The role involves providing a range of information to support the effective commissioning of the Trust’s clinical services. I am also responsible for collating, verifying and submitting data for statutory purposes, ensuring they are delivered to deadlines and to the required quality standard and accuracy. Another aspect of the role requires me to deliver analytical and technical expertise to support the performance, market and business intelligence requirements of organisation.

My main role in the team was to provide a variety of reports for both internal and external use. These include monthly performance reports, quarterly Department of Health returns, FOI requests and any Ad hoc requests that come in. I was also required to supervise the Team Administrators, ensuring that all invoices and new referrals were processed promptly and accurately.
