• Leading the global Clinical trial contractual process, coordinating externally with clients and with numerous internal stakeholders.• Building and maintaining strong relations with external clients.• Providing multi service contracts for high profile clients within the Clinical Research industry. This includes day to day communication with clients; both by email and phone, study resource planning, costing and re-costing of large commercial contracts; working constantly to strict client agreed deadlines.• Coordinating and preparing contractual agreements for new business awards.• Providing detailed costs and contractual documents to client specifications, while always aware of individual client preferences.• Preparing all relevant data and information to lead negotiations and discussions with clients.• Negotiate with clients in terms of providing specifications, detailed breakdown of costs and justification of all of these items.• Building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with internal clients across all departments within the company• Liaising with Internal stakeholders and external customers to pro-actively identify new change orders while also coordinate and prepare change orders for existing business• Providing weekly reports on all outstanding contracts under negotiations including detailed costs, changes to costs, outstanding issues and status.• Presenting to the department on a regular basis, in particular lessons learned from large clinical trials in order to improve existing processes while suggesting and implementing new processes• Assisting with the training of new Staff.

• Invoicing both direct and indirect costs to Clients based on the status of the Clinical Trial.• Liaising with multiple project managers in order to retrieve and collate all relevant information regarding invoicing.• Identify, discuss and negotiate a resolution to any issues / concerns raised by the customer relating to these invoices.

• Coordinating and processing payments including expenses, salaries and invoices to both third party vendors and employees for specific regions.
