PCB Manufacturing Responsible for the production of the route manufacturing processes according to the customers supplied drawings and CAD information or both military and civil applications.Pre-Production planning, labour reporting, root cause analysis, and budget control to meet organisational goals and objectives. Responsible for team building, training, motivating, and instructing work cells. Planned and conducted ongoing training for employees in customer service skills, technical skills, and safety policies. PCB drill management using different types of CNC Excellon drilling machines, customer supplied drawings and CAD information to produce the customer’s PCB drilling requirements.
