Hi, my name is Liam and I am studying a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Architecture at QUTOne day hope to make it into the Architectural industry and explore and create in the world of design. I intend to continually develop my skills and broaden my knowledge in architectural design throughout my years at university and beyond.Throughout my years of schooling, I undertook graphics as a subject from years 7-12 which i believe has laid a sufficient foundation for my architectural studies in university. We were taught various aspects of design including architecture, landscape architecture, industrial design and graphic design. Having been exposed to a variation of design practises, I believe it will support me in understanding the ways in which each design profession operates.I was also involved in a range of volunteering opportunities in my last few years of school. Rosie's in particular taught me the diversity that exists within our community and that everyone has their diverse views and experiences. In 2019 I spent a couple of days at MODE Design Corp in Brisbane where I was lucky enough to observe the work that goes on in the office of an Architecture firm.
