As a Part 3 Architectural Assistant, I am passionate about creating innovative, sustainable designs that enhance the built environment. With hands-on experience across diverse projects, I have developed strong skills in design, technical detailing, and project coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and Adobe Creative Suite, I am equipped to contribute effectively to both design and technical aspects of architecture. My goal is to continue growing within the field, working towards full qualification as an architect while bringing fresh ideas and dedicated support to every project I am involved in.I also bring over 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a self-employed raised access floor layer, which I balanced alongside my architectural studies. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of construction processes, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. My background in construction has also provided me with valuable insights into the practical applications of architectural design, allowing me to approach projects with both creative and technical perspectives.In addition to my full-time role in practice, I also take on freelance projects where I conduct measured surveys, create full sets of drawings, develop Building Regulations packages, and produce 3D visuals. These freelance opportunities have honed my technical skills and broadened my experience in architectural detailing and visualisation. Alongside my architectural work, I have a strong desire to enter the field of property investing, where I aim to leverage my design expertise and industry knowledge to identify and develop successful investment opportunities.
