• Responsible for implementing and assisting in the coordination of company-wide health strategies and initiatives to provide a holistic approach to supporting the mental and physical well-beings of FIFO mine site residents, ensuring high fitness levels are maintained to execute all key functions of the role to the best of my ability• Actively promote lifestyle events in and around the village, coordinating event requirements with managers, agents, contractors and clients whilst building relationships and increasing facility usage• Develop and facilitate marketing and advertising campaigns to promote lifestyle events around the village in areas such as diet and nutrition, group fitness classes and one on one personal training sessions• Maintaining a high standard of communication skills and personal presentation at all times, completing weekly toolbox and management meetings liaising with client on upcoming events• Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents, ensuring all participants have a clear understanding of the correct use of all equipment and machines• Performing pre and post inspections on all machinery and equipment to ensure all are in good working condition, tagging out any defective equipment to ensure a safe working environment• Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities and facilities on site, developing proposals for major site events• Provide educational seminars for residents and staff demonstrating a passion for health and fitness with a high-level focus on customer service and engagement• Conduct Risk Assessments, identify & eliminate hazards across the fitness scope and facilitate prestart, WH&S stretches and daily health and nutrition topics for staff, promoting a safe working environment by following company SOP’s and completing JHA’s

• Oversaw all business operations, including staff management, disciplinary and performance management, rostering and encouraging a positive work environment• Oversee and encourage the achievement of customers fitness goals by tailoring packages, classes and products to suit individual needs such as one on one training sessions, group classes and preparing diet and nutrition plans• Responsible for implementing programs, promotions and marketing to increase gym sales targets and achieve KPI objectives by upselling programs, creating marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and maximising customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business• Oversee all staff training and management in best practices, customer service techniques and educating staff on fitness trends and the correct usage of new equipment• Liaise with all key stakeholders including suppliers and contractors to negotiate prices of equipment, ensure that all equipment is regularly serviced and • Responsible for all ordering of stock and supplies, conducting regular stock takes and ensuring accuracy when performing data entry of new clients, reconciliation of the till and all financial reporting and end of month duties• Maintained strict compliance with WHS rules and regulations including operating as per JHA’s and SOP’s, performing staff VOC’s, hazard identification and reporting and promoting a safe working environment that is LTI free• Conduct daily equipment pre-start inspections of equipment, ensuring the equipment remains in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues and tagging out if unsafe to operate• Gym management including ensuring all gym equipment is sanitised and ready for use, completing reports for a client on gym participation onsite• Ensuring all OH&S safety documents are current, up to date, and compliant, inducting new starters and explaining all safety policies and procedures
