CurrentAssisting the HR Manager in the roll-out, support and implementation of a new HR Software PackageActive role in the Recruitment Process from advertising, forging relationships with universities, through to screening/scheduling interviews, reference checking, organising health checks, contract generation and all associated administrationHandling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in human resources information systems and audits for accuracy and complianceKey role in the roll-out of a new employee policies and assisting the HR Manager in the construction, interpretation, roll out, upkeep and ongoing communicationPreparing paperwork and schedules for the smooth new-hire onboarding process and coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first day experienceInstrumental in the co-ordination and streamlining of processes across many functions i.e., training records, employee records and performance review documentationBack-up support for payroll amendments, updates to employee files, pension amendments, holiday/sick pay, and benefits changesInvolvement in many exciting projects such as employee engagement, retaining key talent and wellbeing initiativesAssisting with bonuses and gifting for employees at ChristmasMember of a newly organised Sustainability Team and assisting with many sustainability initiatives across the companyCompleted many courses such as Foundations in Employment Law, Competency Based Interviewing Skills and OneDrive and Microsoft Teams Training I was initially employed on a 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract but I was made permanent in May 2024
