I formed The Global Food Safety Company Limited jointly with Ian Abbotts in December 2013. We provide high calibre food safety training to food manufacturers and retailers. Our particular specialist areas are Practical Listeria Management Training, and Audit Training. We are growing internationally to meet the needs of the worlds leading food manufacturers.

As Director of Liam Doyle Associates since 2004, I am one of Europe’s leading food safety and technology professionals providing food safety consultancy. I help food businesses and leading retailers grow profitably and sustainably, to find the best suppliers and to ensure great tasting and safe food products. While based in Waterford, Ireland, we operate extensively across the EU, Asia and South America.I have 25 years’ experience working globally with food manufacturers and retailers. My expertise lies in real, hands-on, practical food safety assessment, technology application and management. I have worked in a wide range of high care and high risk food production environments, worldwide. I specialise in Food Safety and Listeria training . I have previously worked for Marks & Spencer, Boots plc & Uniq in both food safety & technology. I collaborate with a small team of leading food safety associates based in UK and Asia. I am a retained specialist provider to Marks and Spencer.
