Coaching at a high-level, frequent matches against academies, and scouts attending our training sessions, the Elites program is the definitive stepping stone for those aiming to propel their footballing progression to new heights. By being part of the coaching academy team, i help guide, coach and support all players on their elite pathway, where dedication meets opportunity, shaping a future in football at its highest echelons and providing player development opportunities to professional contracts. The academy includes a range of age groups, working from under 7’s to senior football in both men’s and women’s.

To manage all on and off field football activities for the Ladies first team to ensure that all players and staff are provided with coaching and support to enable them to compete and perform at the highest level. To ensure we have a competitive squad of players with a desire to succeed to their fullest potential.Ability to identify the individual abilities of each player and provide one-to-one coaching wherever required.

Alongside my academic studies at University, I was accepted onto an internship and part time role at Newcastle United football club working alongside the Performance analysis department. Working closely with the analyst team , I am able to assess performances to help develop a better understanding of actions that can inform decision-making, optimize performance and support coaches and players in their journey towards optimal results. In academy level football, this would consist on tactical assessment, movement analysis, video and statistical databasing and modeling and coach and player data presentations.On game day, as an analyst, I am required to capture all the action of which is happening on the pitch to later code and create video playlists of each player for the following day. Then to have one on one sessions with players led by the management team to present and discuss clips showing mistakes and any positives from the match. As the Floor Manager, I am responsible for supervising the general operations of the footwear department. It is critical to have excellent leadership and communication skills to address specific concerns and process customers' requests as needed.Day to day tasks include assisting customers, ensuring prompt resolution of clients' inquiries, distributing tasks to the staff, and monitoring the employees' performance.As Floor Manager, I am charge of checking inventories and report inadequate supplies, identifying business opportunities to increase the company's sales and profitability, developing strategic procedures to maintain customer satisfaction, and managing disputes from the customers and employees.

In September 2018 I enrolled as a Sports Development and Management Student at Northumbria University. After completing the first year, I decided to change course to Sports Coaching with Analysis where the modules studied throughout this course was more beneficial to my career goals.Moving onto Sports Coaching and Analysis , this pathway allowed my to study in depth in modules involved with Nutrition, Athlete Development and Performance Analysis. During third year, my dissertation study was based on ‘ the effectiveness of PA used within an elite academy setting’ . This including having elite athletes input data and help towards completing the research methods. As a result of this, I was able to compare the difference between PA used within two different age groups. This study was awarded a first.I then graduated with a high 2:1 grade to complete my academic studies.

During the summer of 2020, I Joined Darwin Escapes as part of the food and beverage team working at the Knilwick Percy resort in Pocklington. Taking on a full time front of house role, I worked within a small, but efficient team on the bar and restaurant. Alongside these responsibilities, including working at specialised events such as weddings, wakes and birthday party’s. As the resort is awarded a 5 star rating, it was vital that the service provided was up to standard and matched the expectations of guests. It was key to have excellent customer service skills throughout this role, as it was customer facing at all times. Due to having previous experience within this environment, I was able to learn quickly and deliver efficiently at all times, whilst also helping other work colleagues develop.

Since my move to Newcastle, I have enjoyed being part of the Loosedays team. I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge about event planning and social marketing. With supportive management and a great group of people, it has made my University life a lot more beneficial.
