Our small team built and executed all messaging and materials for six annual conferences and training sessions, including the Governance Assemblies where Foresters Constitution is amended and adopted, and the elections of the Board of Directors.I was responsible for drafting and rehearsing all speaking materials for CEO, Board, and SVP-level presenters at meetings, as well as working with Directors and volunteer member leaders for more street-level functions. It was our job to create a cohesive, relatable, and clear messaging package and to communicate it across our entire organization.
