Directing guests to their seats and maintaining harmony throughout shows to ensure each and every guests visit flows smoothly. This involved being proactive to offer the best service. Also taking responsibility for my own section/block of the arena and ensuring each guest is satisfied and safe, this improved managerial skills as 2000 guests reported to me. Any issues that arose allowed me to take ownership, manage the situation and resolve it whilst keeping a positive mindset.

Festive temp role- During busy festive environment was positioned working with logistics, deliveries and customers. In this role developed an in-depth insight into stock control and major legal aspects of fresh food retailing.

This role involved catering and customer service within the Echo Arena and other renowned local venues. From serving food and drink rapidly within kiosks at major events E.g. Concerts to providing a high class personalised hospitality experience for VIP's in events such as BBC Worldwide. There was no shifts/events where requirements were identical.
