If adding to an existing network, we need specific IPinformation to get through firewalls and so that the identity of the machine doesn’t change.● While installing I made it a point to upsell clients on equipment that could enhance their userexperience. I’d also give information on possible phase 2 scenarios to keep their interest.● Go on service calls to troubleshoot problems onsite. Either fix during call or provide options forrepair through the company.● Tried to keep accurate counts of every nut, bolt, projector, and bulb in the building. Installs wentmuch smoother if we already knew what was available to us or if we needed to order morebefore the installation started.● Assisted lead programer with creation of Crestron code for every installation. Use Crestron’sproprietary software that used mainly logic based modules and C# to create one touch operationof the system via the Crestron touch panels
