In November 2015 I founded a partnership based web development company in Melbourne. Operating alongside work and study commitments the company has grown it’s client base and is focused on providing web, social media and digital solutions for numerous Australian based organisations.Responsibilities:* Establishing the company as a new entity.* Building the company website and branding assets.* Oversight of company budgets and cash flow. * Client account management.* Developing briefs and production schedules* Client budget costings and invoicing.* Web development for clients including Flagstaff Consulting Group, Vic 9er Association & Sabre Sailing Association of Australia.* Ongoing website maintenance and technical assistance* Managing software updates, domain name management, design alterations and hosting subscriptions.* Social media management including content creation and scheduling.

Management of over 350 moorings to the east and west of the Club on behalf of Parks Victoria.Responsibilities:* Liase with Parks Victoria, Mooring Contractors and Mooring Owners about their swing moorings and compliance.* Answer queries from Mooring Owners and Mooring Contractors and be responsible for solving cases and issues.

Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron (BYS) is one of the largest and most successful sailing Club’s in Victoria after a $22 million expansion in 2015. As Sailing Manager I play an integral part in the day to day operations of the Club, including membership engagement and customer service as well as management of all on-water requirements for some of the world’s largest sailing regattas.Key Responsibilities:* Management and responsibility of all club sailing and training programs for 2200 members, including 5 year old introduction to sailing to over 350 competitive club, national and international sailors.* Management of national and international regattas.* Management of, setting and creating multiple annual P/L budgets, and delivery of $200K of revenue.* Management of up to 30 casual employees, including rostering, briefing, OH&S and performance management.* Delivery of high quality membership experiences * Coordination of volunteers and resources to facilitate competition club sailing and international/national regattas* Maintenance of on-water equipment including $250k of patrol and rescue boats.* Primary Club contact for sailing activities with Australian Sailing and other Victorian Clubs, and relevant stakeholders such as Victorian Water Police* Dual reporting role to General Manager and General Committee with regular verbal and written reporting arrangements and daily liaison with other department heads and managers*Logistics arrangements for away regattas including athlete transport, safety requirements and meals.*Planning, development and documentation of annual sailing calendar* Creation of marketing and promotion collateral and initiatives to grow participation in the sport of sailing at the club.* Established the BYS Social Media channels which is now the primary channel of communication to members.* Contributing to the upkeep of the Club’s OH&S documentation and regular staff and volunteer training in OH&S and emergency management procedures.

Responsibilities:* Employed to assist the Sailing Manager over the summer period with a primary focus on training programs.* Required to lead other employees and was responsible for rostering, logistics, resources as well as delivery of programs to participants.* Communicated with other department heads, the General Committee and sailing student parents to ensure a smooth implementation of the program.* Assisted with the establishment of the Peninsula Sailing Academy including business registration, social media channels, website, brand elements and EDM.* Creation, development and management of social media for Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron and the Peninsula Sailing Academy.
