Overseeing the ongoing service provided and reporting on continual improvement for mostly public sector customers across Microsoft BC, CE, and F&O. Within this role my focus is on internal and external relationship development, whilst ensuring the service is running as is set out contractually, as well as having exposure to ongoing projects and enabling the seamless transition of these into a BAU state.
