Delivered a high standard of building FM services to Network Rail workplace accommodation in the North London area. I was predominately based within Network Rail’s HQ delivering services to senior board members and other directors.• Meeting room set up including AV• Coordination of mailroom and reception areas• Production of building ID cards and access permission administration• Assisting building FM in production of small works forms for increased revenue stream• Carry out building inductions• Process contractor / supplier quotations and chase purchase orders• Liaise with helpdesk daily on all reactive works within the building• Adjustment of BMS system to regulate building temperatures on fan coil units• Change lamps and desk fuses to assist fabric maintenance team• Office moves and desk rearrangement• Oversee and escort sub contractors around building• Basic sub floor sump pump maintenance• Ensure building log books are kept updated following PPM’s• Fire extinguisher & fire door checks
