I have been a team Leader at Autistic Minds as part of The Autism Directory brand since 2018, my main duty in this role is finding services to add to our our website, the largest Autistic Directory in the UK, The Autism Directory, we focus on adding services that support the Autistic community as whole and that these services information is kept as up to date and accurate as possible, with over 35'000 individual services listed this can be quite a task but with the help of my amazing team we are able to do this with a small part time team, almost all of whom are autistic themselves, it is also my duty to oversee the quality and quantity of their work. I also handle questions from the public through our support email. I oversee my team's annual leave and sick days and making sure we have enough staff to cover those absences, planning and leading our dept meetings, carrying out aesthetic and quality of life updates on our website through Word Press. I have grown massively in this role and am eager to improve even more!

As a delivery driver, my main job was to make sure our food got to our customers in a prompt and safe fashion. My other duties included handling cash, relaying complaints back to the restaurant owners and helping to get replacement orders back to those customers when required. I held this job for just under 7 years part time, it was a great help in being able to support myself while in college and supplement my wages in previous jobs, I had to give this job up after finding full time work.

As a Shop Assistant, my main duties were taking care of customers in a retail environment and ensures that they have an enjoyable shopping experience. My also duties include helping customers locate the products they require, handling payment transactions, and keeping the shop floor neat and presentable. I left this job to attend college to study an ILM in System Support in 2016.
