Senior Application Support Engineer
-Communication liaison among Tier III, Development and Implementation teams-Develop and maintain tools for T1, Application Support Engineers, Client Services and data fulfillment-Support the Tier III Sustaining Development Team by performing complex triage and analysis-Resolve production issues including the following processes but not limited to: database update, script writing and automation, code fix, etc-Identify and troubleshoot specific product related issues and communicate those issues to invested parties across the organization-Conduct root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or application problems of high complexity-Manage multiple requests with competing priorities-Contribute to internal documentation and train new team members on the use of MongoDB, MySQL, elasticsearch, and RedBrick's proprietary software
