The A556 Knutsford to Bowdon Improvement Scheme is a 7.5km dual carriageway being constructed on behalf of Highways England, intended to provide a link between two major motorways. The project has been subject to many Ecological constraints and has an on-going commitment to provide long-term environmental mitigation, with particular emphasis being on the UK’s first true ‘Green Bridge’.Other major projects I have worked on include Stublach Gas Storage Facility, INEOS Enterprises Brine Fields, Dogger Bank Terrestrial Substation, Overhead Powerline Renewal on behalf of the National Grid and the Wormington to Sapperton Gas Pipeline.
