Multi site management of On Yer Bike Cycles in Burnley and Giant in Blackburn. Responsible for all aspects of the company including future expansion.

Responsible for a 2,400sqm store with a annual turnover of £8.5 and a bottom line result of +£325k. This role includes:- Recruiting and managing a team of 6 managers and 40+ sports advisers.- Forecasting and ensuring turnover progression including increasing profitability. - Creating a local commercial policy in line with the national strategy including range adaption and management of the advertisement budget.

Ensuring all aspects of exceptional customer service is maintained by a staff of 80 in a £15m store. Also responsible for all store HR including payroll and productivity.

Worked on three different departments including one full year on the Fitness department achieving a +8% turnover progression, the highest in the store that year.
