Operations Manager with over 25 years experience within the Prisoner Escorting and Custody Services division of the Criminal Justice System.Currently leading a team of 11 managers and 70+ staff based at court locations across London and the South East.I lead from the front, build talent, challenge and inspire the team to drive performance.I am friendly and good humoured, able to communicate with and engage in a way that builds trust, confidence and effective collaborative relationships.My successes include a recorded year on year increase in both stakeholder and staff engagement.
