As a Deputy Store Manager with Lidl I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy store. I managed and motivated a team of up to 20 staff. I monitored and controlled staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs and running costs and ensure full availability across the entire product assortment. As further experiences I also was heavily involved in new store openings and warehouse sales.

As an apprentice electrician I was involved in the installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of various wiring systems and services in commercial and industrial applications. Work ranges from wiring of offices and retail units to more complex systems involving instrumentation, process control and maintenance in industrial plants, hotels and power stations. I also help service, maintain and repair electrical equipment, both domestic and industrial. I furthermore was responsible for initial on - the- job training of new apprentices in my last 2 years.
