As a Sourcer responsible for recruiting, staffing qualified IT/non-IT (medical, accounting, pharma and medical device) professionals on a contractual/permanent basis. I was responsible for Collecting Requirement from respective job portal. Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening. Searching for qualified candidates on the US sites as Monster (US), Dice (US), Career Builder (US), LinkedIn, indeed etc, and also on the local database by applying appropriate search strings.
