I process invoices, sell service plans and upsells such as flushes and air con servicing, work to targets and carry out follow up calls to convert into bookings from previous vehicle health checks. I have a huge passion for cars with extensive vehicle knowledge. Also I have experience within the workshop control position from when i have been covering holiday many time. I enjoy this position as you get to see things from a different perspective. I also enjoy the challenge it can be sometimes as well as organising the day.
