I’m an AV technician with professional experience in providing technical support for live music (festival experience), comedy, theatre and media (podcasting and livestreams). I have an MA in Music Production.I am also a session drummer who does remote sessions and I have played large scale gigs and festivals. I also have experience as a promoter (for gigs at venues such as Parr Hall and Night & Day Café etc) and I have experience as a band manager (Hollow Vandals). My drumming as been featured on BBC Introducing, Manchester XS and more. My experience in these different areas of live events benefits my role as an AV technician as I can reflect on my experiences to help inform my decisions when aiding the one success of an event from a technical standpoint.
