Also managed the dining room's rotational system, managing the order in which servers got guests. General upkeep of the dining room, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, wiping off tables/chairs, lighting lanterns, clearing dishes off of tables, dusting, and managing the fireplace. Assisting servers with their tables by bringing food, drinks, etc. Cleaning restrooms. Sweeping the retail store.
