Developing sustainable building service designs in collaboration with the appointed project architects and client. This role also involved the overseeing of construction and commissioning on site.- Communicating with different disciplines to identify the building service requirements to build a project brief and specification.- Thermal modelling proposed structures to identify the HVAC requirements, overheating issues (TM 52), BRUKL- Coordination of MEP services and identification of potential clashes using Revit & Navisworks.- Working alongside electrical services and structural team to bring the architects vision to life whilst creating habitable spaces.- Site surveys monitoring progress and commissioning ventilation to ensure the building complies as intended.
