With over seven years of experience in work-based learning and leadership development, I am a Learning and Functional Skills Coach at The Education and Skills Partnership Ltd (TESP), a leading provider of apprenticeships and vocational training in the UK. I am passionate about empowering learners with the essential skills and qualifications they need to succeed in their careers and aspirations.In my role, I use my extensive knowledge and experience in employee training, coaching, and mentoring to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programmes that meet the needs and expectations of learners and employers. I also assess and monitor the progress and achievement of learners, providing them with constructive feedback and support. I work with a diverse range of learners, from young people to adult learners, across various sectors and industries, such as business, health, and digital. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and partners at ESP to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters learner satisfaction and retention.
