Worked as the Chef’s primary assistant, helping prepare large quantities offood for catering events, a wide variety of food, per customer request. Setup prepared and served food to upwards of 200+ at weddings andcorporate events around the city. Worked extensively with a constantly changing workforce at catering events, working with the team to setup the venue, serve the food to the guests, then cleanup and return everything to the kitchen afterwards.
