Working with the appointed project manager and responsible for preparation and auditing of EU customers for migrations. I was the lead engineer for the circuit migration project with responsibility for:-• Preparing new cabling and patching prior to critical migration dates• Liaising with customers and splicing teams to cut over the circuits in the timeframe of the migration. • Installing of new equipment and pre-cabling for the migration project i.e. Cisco ADVA/Juniper switches and Huawei hardware. • Working with EU NOC team and customers to ensure all circuits and equipment were cut over successfully before leaving site.

Also carried out additional diagnostics at Tap Ports, SSP Subscriber Cards or Mux E-Sides.• Administration duties included completion of relevant paperwork and up keep of all equipment and company property.
