As a senior member of the events team I have a wide range of responsibilities including:• Designing new events such as Tablet Treasure Hunts.• Creating bespoke treasure hunts, murder mysteries, and quizzes for numerous venues and clients.• Refining existing events and communication of constructive feedback.• Providing project support & consultancy from the conceptualisation & pre-event planning, to the delivery on the day.• Meeting with clients to advise on event specifics whilst maximising value for money.• Developing and maintaining relationships both internal & external (agents, third party suppliers & venues).• Safe running of events, including the wellbeing of staff, clients, visitors and contractors.• Ensuring risk assessments and SOPs are followed and amended when necessary.• Managing people from various walks of life and promoting strong team bonds.• Providing training, guidance, advice and support to event staff.• Conducting appraisals and assessments of event staff.
