Liam Gorman is a journalist and writer who has worked with the Irish Press and the Irish Times, and lectured on journalism on the Irish Times Training course. He has a masters degree in political philosphy from University College, Dublin. His book on Atlantic rowers Paul Gleeson and Tori Holmes was published as Little Lady, One Man Big Ocean in Ireland in 2006 to very strong reviews and in the United States and Canada as Crossing the Swell in 2009. He is the rowing correspondent of The Irish Times and of Afloat.ie.
