Scope: Quality Assurance - Internal & External Customer and Client RelationsKey responsibilities:o Serving as the primary, single point of contact in the Hull Plant for business clients in relations to quality and technical topics. o Preparing, managing, and coordinating audits from business clients and external parties. o Collaboration with subject matter experts (e.g Local and Global Design and Engineering functions) to ensure design and process changes are implemented compliantly via the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process in order to fulfil the external customer requirements. o Development and execution of Project ITP’s (Inspection & Test Plan), ensuring associated documentation is implemented effectively, maintained, and complied with internally. o Preparing and facilitating First Article Inspection (FAI) events to ensure the product manufactured for each project is in line with the client’s requirements and product specifications. o Achieving product type certification to verify the design & manufacturing requirements are correctly qualified and verified upon new product implementation. o Conducting internal process audits: Evaluating processes for ISO 9001 compliance and to identify improvements.o Non-conformance reporting & initiating solution actions when Quality does not meet the established standards. o Identifying and resolution of Quality issues, using effective problem-solving techniques (CAPA 8D, PDCA, DMAIC), as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
