My journey began at Birmingham City University, where I earned a BSc (HONS) in Sport Therapy. From providing post-event massage at the 2022 London Marathon to winning an award for innovative research, my academic and practical experiences have shaped my approach to supporting students on their educational paths.Currently, as a Second Team Sports Therapist at Stourbridge Rugby Union Football Club, I facilitate sports injury rehabilitation, guiding individuals towards their pre-injury levels of activity.
