Wort production, centrifuging , general cellar work including CIP on FV’s and BBT’s, daily checks and record keeping, conditioning of beer. Packaging work includes running a 6 head Codi canning line , working with production managers to hit packaging targets, CIP of packaging line and Keg filler, maintenance and troubleshooting and quality control testing.

Working with Common Ground Brewing for the busy period at the start of 2023 until I relocate to Sydney in February. My role at common ground was to assist the Head brewer to give them more time to manage the upcoming improvements to the facility to allow for more production. Day to day tasks included Fermenter and BBT CIPs , daily quality checks of all beers, packaging (kegs and small scale canning runs) , Brew house CIPs, Keg washing, assisting with brew days and other general logistic tasks. It has been a pleasure to work here even if it was for a small time if I was not moving to Sydney I would of definitely taken the role as full time employment.

Utilised as part of a high-risk search and Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Defence (CBRN) troop within a field environment, acting as the Australian Army’s subject matter expert and liaison for explosive and mechanical demolitions, search tasks, CBRND, design and construction of field defences working alongside mobile plant machinery and more. Within a Barracks environment I was responsible for maintaining personal fitness, concreting, construction labouring, housekeeping, stocktakes, periodical non-technical inspections of all equipment. In addition, I held role as Troop Vehicle Non-Commissioned Officer with tasking including managing chain of responsibility paperwork, liaising with supervisors for vehicle allocations and readiness for field task, co-ordinating with workshops to meet deadlines and maintain a fully serviceable fleet. Vehicles and machines varied from chainsaws and plant equipment to Bushmaster PMV and Man 40M tucks

My responsibilities in this role included marshalling planes into bays, deploying stairs, FOD checks, marshalling…to planes, liaising with load managers for baggage allocation and liaising with pilots for ground service requests.

Established a signwriting and vehicle wrapping business, solely responsible for wide format printing, design, signage application, signage installation onto buildings and vehicles and general bookkeeping and small business administration.
