During my 5-week work experience at MAB Corporation, I gained valuable insights into the relationship between development and construction. As part of the Delivery team, I collaborated with Project Managers on several projects at various stages of their life cycles. This allowed me to experience the day-to-day operations of project managers, including tender submissions and evaluations, contract finalizations and negotiations, programscheduling, multi-story construction, defect management, and handover processes. My time at MAB deepened my understanding of the construction industry from a developer’s perspective and sparked my interest in applying my skills and degree towards a career with a builder.
